Nero 2017 platinum software. They never responded. One of them posted a link to a clean file Nero had sent them. I tried that link, downloaded the program and it installed perfectly the first time. I emailed them saying they should issue a refund for bad software instead of ripping people off.I then found other people on the Forum having the same issue.

  2. Select Device Manager.

  4. Right-click the wireless adapter and select Properties.
  5. Click the Driver tab to see the wireless adapter property sheet.
    The Wi-Fi driver version number is listed in the Driver Version field.
