Sabnzbd Download Speed Slow
I'm not sure why but the new version of SABnzbd 2.2.1 has super slow downloads for me. I went from 6MB/s down to 300-500KB/s down. The only change was updating to SABnzbd 2.2.1, a rollback to SABnzbd 2.2.0 fixes the issue. I'm running this on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS server edition in ESXi (2vCPU 2GB RAM). By not filling in anything, you will give SABnzbd permission to just download as fast as possible. This will consume a bit more bandwidth but still is the preferred choice for most people.
System Info: Sabnzbd running in docker , up to date. Server has 2 CPUS, 8 cores total , 16 threads. It is a dedicated server from wholesale internet in Kansas City, with a gigabit up link. Article Cache is set to 2G

Servers im using are Newsgroup Ninja on port 80 as my main and usenet.farm as my backup. SSL is enabled and RC4-MD5 is manually set as the cipher, as recommended by the article linked below

Sabnzbd Download Speed Slow Fix
I followed this guide: https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/advanced/highspeed-downloading to get some more speed out of my setup. It doesnt matter what i have my connections set to, (anywhere from 30 to 50) , the speed is the same, at about 58MBps. Everything im seeing, i should be able to go faster. What could be my issue? Thank you for the help!

EDIT2: I also set The download and Inter directories so they would be on the same drive. I tried both folders on the mech drive and both folders on the SSD and no change either time. So i dont think its an IO issue

I'm not sure where I should start looking. I've been getting speeds of 18 MB/s but today it's 2 KB/s or so. My bandwidth is fine. I restarted SABnzbd but it didn't help. It's TV series from 2008. I've been using Astraweb but just today I signed up with Usenetserver and made it the priority server but there's no change.
Could it just be that particular show? It's the first time I've seen the download so slow. I haven't tried another program so don't know if it's across the board.
edit: I made the below suggested changes but it has made no difference. I thought maybe restarting SAB would help but it won't restart. It's not locked up but it won't restart or shutdown via the options pull down. I'm not sure what's next and am thinking maybe I should give NZBget a try.
